Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the telecalling/sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular training & performance reviews.
- Coordinate with management for site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain team reports and ensure daily call productivity.
- Ensure timely site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth lead management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in managing a small sales team (real estate preferred).
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
