The Pre-Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business enablement
function by managing RFx responses, developing compelling client presentations, and enabling
sales teams with high-quality collateral. The role requires a mix of technical understanding,
communication skills, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end RFx lifecycle (RFI, RFP, RFQ) including analysis, response creation,
and submission
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, SMEs) for solution inputs
• Develop client-facing presentations (PowerPoint) with strong storytelling and visual
design
• Maintain and update sales collateral repository (case studies, solution decks, proposals)
• Support CRM tools for opportunity tracking and sales enablement
• Assist in solution visualization / prototyping (basic design support where needed)
• Contribute to innovation initiatives (GenAI-based content/prototyping where
applicable)
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–7 years total experience (preferably IT / equivalent domains)
• Minimum 1 year in Pre-Sales / Sales Enablement
• Experience handling RFx lifecycle (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint (mandatory evaluation)
• Working knowledge of Word & Excel
• Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho etc.) – Good to have
Good to Have:
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (for visual design / prototyping)
• Exposure to GenAI tools for proposal drafting / PPT generation / rapid prototyping
