Pre Sales Job Description
The Pre Sales role involves understanding customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet client requirements and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
- Develop and present tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- Work with the product development team to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Pre Sales or technical sales support role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into business solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
