Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-sales role located in Koramangala. The Pre-sales professional will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include initiating communication with prospects, nurturing relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role is pivotal in supporting sales through excellent service and pre-sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver effective Training and support to team members
- Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience or interest in the real estate sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Capability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
