Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Pre Sales Operations Executive. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales operations, engaging with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities to improve sales performance. The Pre Sales Operations Executive will also manage administrative tasks within the sales process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Sales expertise to support and optimize the sales cycle
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with prospective clients
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tools — including n8n, Claude (Anthropic), and Lovable — to build and manage automated workflows across sales and outreach pipelines
- Familiarity with email automation platforms and the ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-step email sequences for lead nurturing and conversion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, dashboards, and data models for sales reporting and pipeline tracking
- Experience with or active participation in AI/automation learning programs such as the Notion Masterclass, AI Automation cohorts, or equivalent upskilling initiatives is a strong plus
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, AI-first environment where tools evolve rapidly and self-directed learning is expected
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferre
