Sales Manager – Corporate Wellness (Pre-Sales)
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: 30,000 per month (50% Fixed + 50% Performance Incentives)
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager who understands the power of social media, technology-driven lead generation, and on-ground relationship building.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and building corporate relationships. Your mission will be to introduce Mann Therapy’s innovative wellness solutions to the corporate world and create strong opportunities for the sales team.
What You Will Do
Identify and connect with Corporate HR leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers
Use LinkedIn, social media, and digital tools to generate quality leads
Conduct first-level conversations and pre-sales meetings
Build and nurture corporate relationships on ground in Bangalore
Create a strong pipeline of opportunities for corporate wellness programs
What We Are Looking For
Strong flair for sales and relationship building
Comfortable with field sales + digital lead generation
Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media outreach
Excellent communication and confidence in speaking with senior leaders
Self-driven, energetic, and target oriented
