- Client Demo Management
- Prepare and deliver product/service demos tailored to client needs
- Understand client use-cases and align demo storytelling accordingly
- Customize demo environments, data, or scenarios (with support from internal teams)
- Handle basic client queries during demos; escalate complex ones appropriately
- Client Engagement & Communication
- Act as a first-level touchpoint for prospects during the sales cycle
- Build rapport with clients through professional and confident communication
- Follow up with clients post-demo to gather feedback and drive next steps
- Support senior sales team members in ongoing client conversations
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Support outreach activities including emails, LinkedIn connects, and initial calls
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams to align demo messaging
- Maintain demo schedules, meeting notes, and action trackers
- Assist in proposal decks, presentations, and sales collateral preparation
- Product & Domain Learning
- Continuously build understanding of the company’s offerings
- Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and differentiators
- Learn basic industry/domain context to make demos more relevant
