About NeurogentNeurogent.ai (Neurogent Intelligence LLP) is a Gurugram-based AI engineering and delivery firm that builds AI-accelerated enterprise SaaS implementations (Guidewire, Salesforce, SAP) and custom agentic AI solutions for US enterprise clients. Our flagship reference engagement is the Guidewire InsuranceNow implementation delivered for Camping World / Good Sam, compressed from a 12-month timeline to 4 months using AI-accelerated delivery methods. We are a small, fast-moving team, and this internship offers direct exposure to founders and real client-facing work - not busywork.
Role SummaryNeurogent sells complex, technical engagements - Guidewire InsuranceNow implementations, AI agent builds, data migrations - into US insurance and enterprise buyers. This role sits between our delivery/engineering team and our growth team: you will help turn our technical capability and past project outcomes into pitch decks, proposal content, RFP/RFI responses, and demo narratives that a prospect can say yes to.
It is a broad, hands-on role in a startup that is actively building its US go-to-market motion. On any given week you might be drafting a proposal section, researching a target account in Clay, prepping a demo, and helping push our content out across LinkedIn and Twitter. This is not a narrow, single-lane job, and it is not a generic marketing-support role - you will be expected to understand, at a working level, what Guidewire InsuranceNow, Salesforce, and AI agent architectures actually do, well enough to write about them credibly.
Read this before you apply. This is a startup role, and priorities shift week to week. Some days are deep, careful writing; others are fast research, deck fixes, or getting content out the door on a deadline. We are looking for someone who is genuinely energised by that variety and comfortable owning tasks outside a fixed job description - not someone who wants the same predictable work every day. If the idea of wearing several hats and adapting quickly excites you, you will do well here. If it drains you, this is not the right fit, and that is okay.
What You Will Do- Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires from US insurance carriers, MGAs, and enterprise prospects - drafting technical and commercial sections under guidance.
- Prepare and refine sales decks, one-pagers, and discovery-call leave-behinds for specific prospect meetings.
- Research prospect accounts before discovery calls - tech stack, current vendors, org structure, likely pain points - and summarise findings for the sales lead.
- Support prospect list-building and lead research in our sales tools (Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator): finding target accounts and stakeholders, enriching contact data, and flagging buying signals. Training will be through Clay's official 101 and 102 learning paths.
- Help distribute Neurogent's marketing and thought-leadership content across channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter, and keep the posting schedule on track.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to translate technical capability (Guidewire, Salesforce, SAP, agentic AI) into buyer-facing language.
- Track competitive positioning against other AI vendors serving the insurance vertical.
- Support demo-environment prep and internal rehearsals ahead of client-facing calls.
- Maintain the pre-sales content library (Google Drive / HubSpot) so materials stay current and easy to find.
What We Are Looking For- Strong written English - this role is largely about writing clearly and persuasively for a US enterprise audience.
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities: you can move between writing, research, and content tasks in the same day and stay organised through it. This matters as much to us as raw writing skill.
- Comfortable reading technical material (product docs, architecture diagrams) and reducing it to plain-language value statements.
- Detail-oriented: RFP responses and proposals have zero tolerance for factual or formatting errors.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides, and Word / Docs for structured documents.
- Interest in enterprise software, SaaS, or insurance technology (Guidewire, Salesforce, SAP exposure is a strong plus, not required).
- A quick, self-directed learner willing to get hands-on with new tools such as Clay and Sales Navigator.
- Available full-time, in Gurugram, for the full 6-month term.
What You Will Gain- Direct exposure to real US enterprise sales cycles - not simulated case studies.
- Working fluency in Guidewire InsuranceNow, Salesforce, and agentic AI positioning.
- Practical experience with a modern GTM tool stack (Clay, Sales Navigator, HubSpot) and multi-channel content distribution.
- A portfolio of real proposal, deck, and RFP-response work you authored or co-authored.
- Direct mentorship from the founders' office, including a structured orientation before you begin your assignments.
