Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Intern to join our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, business communication, software solutions, and client engagement.
As a Pre-Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales, business development, and product teams to support client interactions, requirement understanding, presentations, demos, proposals, and solution discussions.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to real enterprise software projects and client-facing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and pre-sales team in understanding client requirements.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, commercial documents, and scope documents.
- Coordinate product demos and client meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work with internal technical teams to gather solution inputs.
- Support in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and tender documents.
- Create documentation for software solutions and client workflows.
- Help maintain CRM updates and lead tracking.
- Participate in customer discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
- Support in preparing case studies, product brochures, and business presentations.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of technology and software applications.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products, web applications, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA / MBA
- BMS
- BE / B.Tech
- MCA
- Any business or technology-related degree
- Prior internship/project experience in sales, business development, software, or marketing is an added advantage.
