Job Title: CRM Executive (High-Volume Calling)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive responsible for managing customer interactions through high-volume outbound and inbound calling. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and supporting sales or service processes through consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls (target: ~700 calls over defined period)
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead conversion, or customer engagement
- Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales/support teams for issue resolution
- Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, telecalling, or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under target-driven environments
