Job Title: CRM Executive (High-Volume Calling) Job Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Executive responsible for managing customer interactions through high-volume outbound and inbound calling. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and supporting sales or service processes through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of calls (target: ~700 calls over defined period)
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead conversion, or customer engagement
  • Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sales/support teams for issue resolution
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and performance targets
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, telecalling, or customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under target-driven environments
