We are seeking an experienced
Pre-Sales Head with 12+
years of experience in the real estate industry to lead the pre-sales function and drive effective
lead management, customer engagement, and conversion strategies. The role will be responsible for overseeing the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from
lead generation and qualification to site visit coordination and sales handover.
The candidate will manage pre-sales teams, ensure efficient handling of
inbound and outbound leads, CRM management, and customer communication, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve
conversion ratios and customer experience. You will also be responsible for designing
pre-sales processes, scripts, and performance metrics, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline tracking.
Strong expertise in
lead qualification, customer interaction, CRM tools, real estate sales processes, and team leadership is essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in
improving lead conversion, optimizing pre-sales operations, and supporting revenue growth in a competitive real estate environment.
