Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role for Real Estate at Springfield Properties, located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for managing prospective customer leads, responding to inquiries, guiding potential clients through property options, and assisting in property selection. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to provide updates and insights, deliver property presentations, provide exceptional customer experiences, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, qualify prospects, and assist in closing deals effectively.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients and potential buyers on property features and process details.
- Highly organized, with an aptitude for time management and maintaining detailed client records.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with real estate markets or related industries is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
