Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre Sales Expert, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Pre Sales Expert will engage with potential clients to understand their goals and requirements, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide tailored recommendations of UniHawk’s services. Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships with prospective customers, conducting client outreach, presenting solutions, and driving conversion rates. The role requires strong collaboration with the sales team and continuous learning of UniHawk’s offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and delivering exceptional support and solutions to clients
- Proficiency in retail sales and a strong background in generating and closing sales leads
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with clients
- Strong understanding of customer experience and strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a mix of in-office and remote responsibilities
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in the education consulting or international admissions industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
