Job Title: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and generated leads.
* Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
* Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales Team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking sheets.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
* Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Eligibility :
* Graduate or pursuing graduation from any discipline.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Pre-Sales will be preferred.
