Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Presales Executive to manage and qualify leads through the CRM system. The role involves cold calling, understanding client requirements, scheduling site visits, and ensuring accurate CRM updates. You will play a key role in converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned leads through CRM and conduct cold calling
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads effectively
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with internal teams
- Maintain accurate and real-time updates in CRM
- Follow up with clients post-interaction and site visits
- Share qualified leads with the sales team with complete details
- Generate basic reports on lead status and follow-ups
Key KPIs:
- Number of calls and follow-ups
- Lead qualification rate
- Site visits scheduled
- CRM data accuracy and update timeliness
- Conversion from lead to site visit
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and lead qualification
- Basic experience with CRM tools
- Organized and target-driven approach
- Positive attitude and persistence
Language Requirement:
- Mandatory: English, Tamil and Kannada Hindi (multilingual proficiency required)
