Presales Executive - Interior Design Industry
Location: Pune (Baner/ Kharadi)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing interior design company in Pune. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred due to their understanding of customer handling, lead management, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/design team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion ratios
- Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for smooth customer experience
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Explain company services, packages, timelines, and process flow to clients
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, or Sales Coordination
- Candidates from the real estate industry preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good follow-up and customer engagement abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
