Job Description: Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executive
Position: Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executive
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executive to handle student queries, share product and service information, and ensure a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to student queries.
- Share information on products, services, pricing, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with students on pending updates or information.
Salary: 18-2.4 LPA
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, student support, or pre-sales.
- Good student service and communication skills.
