Key Responsibilities :
- Handle qualified leads generated through marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements for mobile app development & conduct client calls, presentation and product demos.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Gather detailed project requirements from clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for feasibility and estimation.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead status and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and minimize lead drop-offs.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to the execution team after closure.
Skills Required :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Must have 02+ years of experience in IT services sales .
- Strong communication & able to handle international clients.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
