Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive, based in Pune City. The Pre-Sales Executive will act as a vital link between clients and the company by understanding customer requirements and proposing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, collaborating with sales and design teams, and maintaining relationships with prospective customers. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship skills, including the ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes, proposal creation, and lead qualification
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, design, and operational teams
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
- Proactive attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- Experience in home or interior design industry, or similar domains, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
