Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and digital leads.
• Explain Superworks solutions clearly, highlighting business benefits, ROI, and automation value.
• Handle customer queries confidently, map requirements, and convert qualified leads into demos or closures.
• Follow structured call scripts while personalizing conversations based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and customer data in CRM.
• Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales for further engagement.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly & monthly calling, lead qualification, and conversion targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with warm and dormant leads to maximize conversion.
• Capture customer feedback, objections, and competitor insights and share them with the sales team.
• Ensure professional communication and positive brand representation of Superworks at all touchpoints.
Requirements & Skills
• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales / Inside Sales Executive (B2B SaaS exposure is a plus).
• Any Graduate (B.Sc / BA or relevant degree preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English; regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong listening, probing, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools, call logs, and basic reporting.
• Target-driven mindset with high ownership and follow-through.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Willingness to learn HRMS, Payroll, Compliance, and SaaS product concepts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of daily outbound calls & inbound lead handling.
• Qualified leads generated / demos booked.
• Conversion ratio from call to demo / closure.
• Follow-up effectiveness and CRM data accuracy.
• Customer experience and communication quality.
