Role Description
The Pre-Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Key responsibilities include generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, and coordinating property site visits. The role also involves effectively presenting and promoting property options, maintaining follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. Attention to detail and strong communication with potential clients will be vital to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate property solutions
- Proactive lead generation and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of real estate trends and market analysis, especially in the Noida region
- Experience in coordinating client meetings and property site visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or sales roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and capability to work in a target-driven environment
