Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client research, preparing proposals and presentations, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and actively contribute to the company's business development goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in client research, lead generation, and identifying sales opportunities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations and proposals
- Basic knowledge of the real estate sector or property management; prior experience in a similar industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for accurately capturing client needs and aligning them with company services
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
