Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Executive position located in Hyderabad. The Pre-Sales Executive will handle client interactions, provide detailed explanations of property features, and address customer queries. The role includes coordinating site visits, following up on leads, preparing sales reports, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless pre-sales process are key components of this position.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and relationship management
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multi-task, and prioritize activities in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in presenting and explaining product details to clients with clarity and confidence
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for preparing reports, managing data, and supporting sales activities
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or real estate management is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Good command of relevant industry knowledge and customer service best practices
