Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Pre-Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand customer requirements, prepare solutions, and create presentations. The responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support in pitches, and contributing to the creation of proposals. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on industry trends and collaborating with the internal product teams to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience 2 to 3 years in a Telco ecosystem company
- Knowledge of telco VAS subscription flows, and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Proficiency in creating proposals and conducting product demonstrations
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and adaptable; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; experience in a similar role is a plus
