Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive, located in the Pune District. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions. The role also includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing feedback for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for project inquiries
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
· Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
· Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
· Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a real estate company
· Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
· Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
· Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
· Willingness to travel to project sites when required
