Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth through proactive outreach and lead generation activities. The role includes conducting cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify business opportunities across global markets. The candidate will engage with decision-makers, initiate business conversations, convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team. Additional responsibilities include participating in webinars, networking events, and sharing prospect insights to support effective sales closures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, or Business Development
- Background in IT, SaaS, AI, or B2B Services industry preferred
- Hands-on experience in cold outreach including calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Comfortable interacting with international prospects and handling global communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Organized and disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-ups
- Ability to consistently meet outreach and lead generation targets
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn and improve continuously
- Results-oriented with strong ownership of targets and outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
