We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining the sales process by connecting with generated leads, understanding client requirements, and filtering qualified prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with all inbound and generated leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and verify lead authenticity as per company standards.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on budget, requirements, timeline, and project feasibility.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in CRM/sheets.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure only refined and high-potential leads are forwarded.
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain healthy communication pipelines.
- Ensure quick response time and professional client interaction at all stages.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional calling etiquette.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel is a plus.
