Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Pre-Sales Executive. The Pre-Sales Executive will focus on managing client inquiries, understanding their property requirements, and offering tailored consultation. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM systems, collaborating closely with the sales team to provide seamless lead conversion, preparing presentations and proposals, and acting as a point of contact to nurture prospects. Identifying prospective clients and building trusted relationships to drive business growth is at the heart of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client engagement, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, especially in Gurgaon and the NCR region, is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and deliver high-quality service.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in a real estate or sales-related role is an advantage but not mandatory.
