Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to engage prospective students and professionals, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the right training programs. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs
- Explain course features, curriculum, career pathways, and outcomes
- Schedule counselling sessions and follow-ups
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
- Support webinars, info sessions, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain technical/educational programs clearly
- Good listening and need-analysis capability
- Basic understanding of EdTech or Healthcare education (preferred)
- CRM handling and lead management
- Target-oriented and self-driven
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Healthcare domain preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
