Responsibilities
➢ Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
➢ Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
➢ Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
➢ Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
➢ Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
➢ Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
➢ Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.
➢ Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
➢ Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.
➢ Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
➢ Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
Requirements
➢ 1-3 years of experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
➢ Great interpersonal skills.
➢ Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
➢ Good time management abilities.
➢ Strong decision-making skills.
➢ Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
➢ Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation / bachelor's degree
➢ Good MS Office knowledge.
