We are currently looking to onboard a Pre-Sales Executive for a fast-growing real estate development firm.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct property walkthroughs and present project portfolios to prospective buyers with clarity, confidence, and customization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align messaging with project USPs and market trends.
- Generate and manage qualified leads through CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.
- Address client queries related to pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and project timelines with accuracy and empathy.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitch decks tailored to different buyer segments—including NRIs, investors, and end-users.
- Participate in site activations, property expos, and digital webinars to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- CRM platforms (Zoho CRM / Salesforce)
- Property presentation & pitch development
- Lead qualification & funnel management
- Real estate project documentation (RERA, layout plans, payment schedules)
- Client negotiation & objection handling
- Microsoft PowerPoint / Canva for visual storytelling
Preferred
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate pre-sales
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business API)
- Regional language proficiency (Odia, Kannada) for localized client engagement
