Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Bengaluru (HSR Layout). As a Pre-Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their interior design requirements, and effectively communicating the value of our services. You will provide initial consultations, coordinate with the design team for proposals, and follow up with leads to convert them into clients. This role requires proactive communication and collaboration to support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales or pre-sales processes, with the ability to generate leads and manage client interactions professionally.
- Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with interior design or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing or pre-sales role.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an on-site environment in Bengaluru (HSR Layout).
