Role: Pre-Sales Executive β Real Estate

π About the Role
Weβre looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive who will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role focuses on engaging with leads, understanding their requirements, and qualifying them for the sales team.
π― Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
* Understand client requirements (budget, location, preferences)
* Provide accurate project information and initial guidance
* Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team
* Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
* Ensure timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged
* Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth handover
* Track lead status and contribute to conversion goals
πΌ Requirements
* 1β3 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
* Basic understanding of real estate projects is a plus
* Organized and detail-oriented with good CRM handling skills
