Experience : 8–10 years of combined experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development in SaaS, logistics tech, or supply chain platforms.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales cum Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, solution positioning, and revenue growth for our B2B Supply Chain Orchestration Platform. This hybrid role combines consultative pre-sales expertise with strategic business development skills, ensuring customers understand the value of our platform while building long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Engage with potential clients to understand supply chain pain points, business requirements, and integration needs.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations, POCs, and solution workshops to CXOs, supply chain leaders, and IT teams.
- Collaborate with product and solution engineering teams to design tailored proposals and RFP responses.
- Translate complex supply chain workflows into platform-driven use cases (e.g., orchestration, visibility, automation).
- Build ROI models, business cases, and value propositions for clients.
Business Development
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients across industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, agri-business, 3PL/4PL, and retail.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and supply chain ecosystem partners (logistics providers, technology partners, integrators).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and contract negotiation.
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategy.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes (planning, logistics, visibility, orchestration, WMS/TMS/ERP integration).
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS / B2B tech sales.
- Excellent presentation, solution-selling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams.
