Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Pre-Sales Consultant with a proven track record in Enterprise AI Automation and Digital Transformation deals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical AI capabilities and strategic business value — driving enterprise deal cycles from qualification through closure in partnership with the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
▸ Partner with the sales team to qualify, pursue, and close enterprise deals ranging from ₹50 Cr to ₹500 Cr in value
▸ Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations, and executive-level pitches to CXOs and senior stakeholders
▸ Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, enterprise proposals, and solution documentation
▸ Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client pain points and design tailored AI automation solutions
▸ Build and articulate ROI models, business cases, and value propositions aligned to client goals
▸ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical solution architectures
▸ Develop and maintain pre-sales collateral including case studies, capability decks, and solution blueprints
▸ Represent Fastigo Technology at enterprise client meetings, industry events, and CXO roundtables
▸ Support post-sale handover to delivery teams ensuring smooth transition and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Domain Expertise
▸ Strong understanding of AI Automation, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
▸ Hands-on experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms, Workflow Automation tools, and AI Voice Solutions
▸ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integration patterns
▸ Ability to understand and explain complex AI architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences
Pre-Sales & Business Development
▸ Proven experience managing or contributing to enterprise deals worth ₹50 Cr – ₹500 Cr
▸ Expertise in solution consulting, RFP management, enterprise proposal writing, and commercial negotiations
▸ Strong analytical skills with the ability to construct compelling ROI analyses and business value frameworks
▸ Experience working with large enterprises, PSUs, or government organizations is a plus
Communication & Stakeholder Management
▸ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
▸ Confident and articulate presenter — able to engage CXOs, procurement heads, and technical evaluators equally
▸ Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to become a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
▸ Collaborative team player with the maturity to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
