We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant – Learning & HR Tech who can:
📊 Take complete ownership of RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses end-to-end
🧠 Translate client requirements into structured, high-impact solution proposals
🤝 Partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to build winning submissions
📈 Drive proposal strategy with clarity on scope, positioning, and business outcomes
You’ll thrive here if you:
➤ Have 2-4 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or SaaS environments
➤ Have strong experience in handling RFPs, tenders, and complex proposal submissions
➤ Can connect product capabilities (LMS, LXP, Onboarding, HR-Tech) to real business use cases
➤ Understand effort estimation, solution structuring, and ROI articulation
➤ Are detail-oriented and can manage complete proposal lifecycles with ownership
📍 Location: On-site at our Malad West, Mumbai office
