🚀 We’re Hiring: Pre-Sales Business Analyst (BA) | 0.6 - 3 Years Experience
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and pre-sales activities within a fast-paced software services environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and assist in requirement gathering
• Create and maintain structured documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories (basic level)
• Support proposal preparation by compiling inputs and aligning solutions with client needs
• Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) under guidance
• Participate in understanding client requirements and translating them into clear, structured documentation
• Ensure all documentation is well-organized, formatted, and easy to understand
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams through emails, calls, and meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills (Very Important)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to interact confidently with internal teams
• Basic client-facing communication etiquette
Business Analysis Fundamentals
• Basic understanding of requirement gathering
• Familiarity with BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Awareness of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Pre-Sales Exposure (Basic)
• Understanding of proposal creation processes
• Ability to interpret high-level client requirements
RFP Awareness
• Basic knowledge of RFP processes
• Ability to support response documentation
Good to Have (Optional)
• Exposure to Figma or presentation tools for creating decks
• Prior internship or experience in pre-sales or BA role
• Interest in solutioning and client interaction
