Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst based in Jaipur. The role involves working closely with prospects and clients to understand their business requirements, identifying solutions, and demonstrating how PERICENT's products align with their needs. Responsibilities include conducting presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with sales, providing pre-sales consultancy, preparing proposals, and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Sales and Sales Management skills to convey the value of PERICENT’s solutions and manage pre-sales processes
- Experience in delivering Training and collaborating with teams to support successful client onboarding and implementation
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales management tools and technologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle client challenges effectively
- Experience in business process management or document management solutions is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
