Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role based in the Pune Division. The Pre Sales role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing consultations, and offering tailored property solutions. Key responsibilities include managing communication with prospective customers, assisting them through the decision-making process, and liaising with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The role will also entail customer service and support during the property documentation and buying journey, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Qualifications

- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client requirements and match them with suitable property solutions.
- Experience in Consulting and Presales functions to guide customers and collaborate with internal teams efficiently.

- Familiarity with the real estate market and financial documentation processes is an advantage.
