Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and introduce the company’s interior design services.
- Understand client requirements related to home or commercial interior projects.
- Schedule meetings between clients and interior designers/sales consultants.
- Provide basic information about design packages, services, and process.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design and sales team for client meetings and project discussions.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good phone etiquette and client-handling ability.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales, pre-sales, customer support, or real estate/interior industry is an advantage.
