Role Description
Protrainy is seeking a Pre Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support the sales team by conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and preparing presentations. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing them with product demonstrations, and working closely with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to RFP/RFI responses and assist in closing deals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present ideas clearly, and address client queries
- Experience in Presales and Consulting to effectively showcase solutions and provide tailored recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams for seamless execution of client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and familiarity with E-learning platforms is an advantage
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
