Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Pre-sales role located in Bengaluru. The Pre-sales professional will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and identifying appropriate real estate solutions based on their requirements. Key duties include managing customer inquiries, facilitating initial consultations, and preparing and presenting tailored property solutions. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and building strong client relationships for ongoing engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with a diverse client base.
- Proven Consulting and Presales experience, including recommending solutions aligned with client goals.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, property feasibility, and market trends.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to assist sales teams effectively.
- Comfortable working on-site at the Bengaluru location and available for full-time employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Indian real estate market and luxury property segments is an advantage.
