Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining project details, handling client inquiries, and generating qualified leads. The role includes following up with prospective clients, scheduling and facilitating site visits, maintaining regular communication with customers, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience. The Pre-Sales will also maintain accurate customer records, provide timely updates, and support sales activities to help achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience required: 1–3 years
- Ability to explain project details clearly and confidently
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred
- Ability to generate and manage leads effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to coordinate and arrange client site visits efficiently
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
