Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales role located in Bengaluru(Females prefered). The Pre Sales professional will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing expert consulting and tailored solutions to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, creating proposals, facilitating seamless communication, and supporting the sales and business development teams to achieve targets. The role involves both strategic and customer-facing tasks to build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, assess market trends, and generate data-driven insights.
- Communication and Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on fostering relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Consulting and Presales: Experience in providing expert solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting sales initiatives effectively.
- Self-motivation and adaptability: The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience in working in marketing, technology, or related sectors is a plus.
