Role Description
As a Pre-sales Associate at Prosperr.io, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Your daily responsibilities will include qualifying leads, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales team .Additionally, you will gather market insights to enhance our offerings and support client onboarding initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel and other relevant software for managing client relationships and presenting solutions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, or pre-sales activities is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Pre-sales one year experiences is required
