Key Responsibilities
● Deliver virtual product demos and webinars, highlighting BrightChamps' fun curriculum and real
student success stories to excited parents.
● Engage prospects via calls, chats, and emails to understand needs and pass qualified leads to senior
sales reps.
● Team up with marketing for lead nurtures and share feedback to improve our offerings.
● Act as the first touchpoint for potential customers, showcasing the value of BrightChamps offerings
● Conduct engaging consultations via video calls and live demos
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any field; background in sales, business development, or edtech preferred
● 0-1 year experience (internships in sales/customer service count big!)
● Excellent English communication; Hindi or regional languages a plus for parent outreach.
● Passion for kids' education, edtech, and helping families—energy and curiosity matter most!
● Strong listening skills and a positive attitude for objection handling.
