Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Pre Sales Associate. The role involves connecting with prospective clients to understand their needs, recommending Bhanzu’s programs to them, and booking sessions for potential students. The Pre Sales Associate will support business growth by maintaining and fostering relationships, managing client communications, and assisting in achieving sales goals. The role will require strong communication skills and a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences effectively
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries and promote solutions
- Customer-centric attitude with the capability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using digital tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of sales technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is an advantage
- Passion for education and the ability to align with Bhanzu’s mission of empowering learners globally
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
