Outbound Telecaller (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
• Call parents who have shown interest in our programs (warm leads)
• Book trial/demo sessions and ensure parent & student attendance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demo conduction
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize show-up rates
Performance Expectations (KPIs):
• 200+ outbound calls per day
• Minimum 2.5 hours of talk time daily
• 20 successful demo sessions conducted per week
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in US time zones
• Target-driven with high ownership and consistency
