Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Pre Sales Associate. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling consultations with design professionals, maintaining and updating client information, and providing consistent communication throughout the initial stages of the sales process. The Pre Sales Associate will work closely with sales and design teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Ability to conduct detailed conversations to understand customer requirements and provide accurate services
- Experience in client relationship management and sales coordination
- Basic understanding of interior design processes or knowledge of the home renovation industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
